I began doing pilates in my 50s and I loved the strengthening and suppleness I got from it. When COVID-19 hit, I took advantage of Laila’s online classes to motivate me to move. Each week I can feel more movement in my body. I have had a variety of pilates instructors in the past and I can honestly say Laila displays a depth and breadth of knowledge most do not have.
